[Region4] 2007 USBDF Winter Junior International

Dear all,

I have several requests regarding the junior team tournament and  
apologize for not responding quicker since we are currently preparing  
for the USBDF Winter Tournament.

In any case, I have updated the proposed document for your final  
perusal.  We have also tentatively scheduled the first junior team  
tournament to be held at OCBC on January 18-20, 2008.

Please reply to this e-mail by October 31, 2007, with your interests,  
and whether you will be able to participate this time.
